Thursday, January 18

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Arrival, Unpack, Relax

5:30 pm: Evening Yoga

7:00 pm:  Dinner

We'll welcome you to the cozy get-away, brush off the road dust and do a quick review of your equipment and expectations for the weekend.

FRIDAY, January 19

8:00 am - Sunrise Yoga

9:30 am - Breakfast

10:30 am - Cross Country Ski Instruction (Classic)

12:30 pm - Lunch

1:30 pm - Cross Country Ski Instruction (Skate - Optional)

5:30 pm - Afternoon Yoga Session

7:00 pm - Dinner

(Optional: Moonlight ski - learn the balance and beauty of skiing at night)

Optional evening arrival time for Friday-Sunday participants (join for dinner).

 

The first day on the trails will be about exploring balance and glide.  You'll learn the first steps of efficiency and pair the relaxation you find on the mat with the energy you feel gliding on the snow.

SATURDAY, January 20

8:00 am - Sunrise Yoga

9:30 am - Breakfast

10:30 am - Cross Country Ski Instruction (Skate)

12:30 pm - Lunch

1:30 pm - Cross Country Ski Instruction (Classic - Optional)

5:30 pm - Afternoon Yoga Session

7:00 pm - Dinner

We will take the foundation of balance and efficiency learned on Friday to the next step - building energy and relaxed full body motion onto the tracks.  The restorative yoga practise will build heat and restore muscles.

SUNDAY, January 21

8:00 am - Sunrise Yoga

9:30 am - Breakfast

10:30 am - Cross Country Ski Instruction (Classic or Skate)

12:30 pm - Lunch

1:30 pm - Departure

The final day will wrap up any loose ends or unasked questions.  We'll celebrate our learning and circle the lessons to take home.
