Retreat in the Canadian Rockies.  Trail Running, Cross Country Skiing and Yoga retreats for all abilities.



We're on Mountain Time (the same as Alberta, even though we're in BC).

Itinerary is subject to change based on weather and group energy.


4:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Arrival, Unpack, Relax

5:00 pm: Short Run (2 - 6 km)

6:00 pm:  Evening Yoga Session

7:30 pm: Dinner

8:30 pm: Introductions & Official Welcome

We'll stretch our legs, dust off the cobwebs and sort ourselves out with a relaxed trail run and introductory yoga session.  The theme will be grounding and brushing away the travel stress.



7:00 am - Sunrise Yoga

8:30 am - Breakfast

9:30 am - Upload Gondola & Run on trails at summit of Kicking Horse Resort (5 - 20 km), Technique and drills demonstration

12:30 pm - Lunch

1:30 pm - Massage or 1 on 1 coaching

4:30 pm - Afternoon Yoga Session

7:00 pm - Dinner

8:00 pm - Running technique discussion

We'll hit the ground running with an invigorating morning yoga session, and a trail run at the top of KHMR.  We'll talk about running form, and uphill and downhill running technique. You'll have the afternoon to relax, explore, and get personal coaching before our restorative afternoon yoga practise.


7:00 am - Meditation

7:30 am - Breakfast

8:30 am - Long Run in Yoho Park (10 - 40 km) 

5:00 pm - Evening Yoga Session

7:00 pm - Dinner

Today we'll head to some beautiful high-alpine terrain that will accommodate the soul and ability of everybody. This is the day to realize your goals and be lifted by your running friends.  The yoga and meditation practise will nourish your body and mind.


7:00 am - Sunrise Yoga

8:30 am - Breakfast

9:30 am - Trail Run on Mt. 7 (5 - 15 km)

12:00 pm - Lunch

1:00 pm - Departure

We wrap up the weekend with a coming together.  We celebrate our successes, our discoveries, and our challenges.   The morning yoga sets our intention and vibe for the day and the trail run on local trails leaves us prepared for the travel home.
