Visit the exquisite single track trails of Golden and enjoy a high-note long run in beautiful alpine space. Receive trail running technique instruction to better prepare you for technical trails, climbs and descents; as well as general tips for overall conditioning.
Twice daily yoga and meditation practises will flow through sequences designed to enhance lung power, run performance and recovery.
Luxury vacation rental homes at Kicking Horse Resort provide our home for the weekend. The beds are beyond comfortable and the common areas, cozy. Our yoga studio is located right in the homes, which are only metres from each other and the trails.
Chef Julie Marshall caters all of our meals and snacks in house... and also participates in as many activities as she can. Healthy living, healthy eating, and lots of opportunity to ask questions, get recipes and share stories.
If you've got aches and pains, or you just want maximum relaxation, we've got massage therapists available to help you out. We're including a 30 minute massage in the registration price, but additional time or sessions will also be available at the therapists rates (approximately $50 for 30 mins). They're also yoga and run lovers themselves so they'll be joining us for the entire retreat!
There are three options for registration, all with limited availability. Single occupancy means you have a room to yourself. Double occupancy is for one person and means that you'll be sharing a room with another person, each of you will have your own bed. Triple occupancy means that you'll be in a room with 3 beds and 2 other people. Each of these are priced per person. Many of the rooms have their own private bathrooms. Each of the homes has a hot tub.
